You can locate your lost iPhone very easily. iPhone lost and found facility available only in those iPhones that have iOS4.2 or later versions and if you are creating your free Apple ID for the first time, you need a iPhone4. In this articles I will tell you how can you find and lock your iPhone with in a minuts just follow these steps.

1. Go to the “Menu” then select “Settings” and open “mail, contacts, calenders” option.

2. Select “Add Account” option and then select “mobile me” option.

3. Here enter you Apple ID and password that will be one of your e-mail address. Apple ID is your unique identity if you have iTunes store account or have ordered form the Apple online store then you already have an Apple ID. But if you have not then you can click down on screen and can create Free Apple ID just follow the instructions. If you are already a MobileMe subscriber the just  enter your me.com or mac.com email address and password.

4.Verify your account and  If your “Mobile Me” account says “Not Verified” check your e-mail inbox for a message from “Apple”.  Then click Verify Now and sign in with your “Apple ID”.
 If you do not see a verification e-mail in your inbox select your “Mobile Me” account and resend verification e-mail.

5. Then return to the “MobileMe” screen and switch on Find My iPhone option. When the “Find My iPhone” message appears click “Allow” option.

6. Then go on Sign in to me.com from a computer to see your iPhone on a map, you can display a message or you can set a passcode lock on you iPhone.
